A group of about 20 of us were lucky enough to dine at Susur Lee’s Lee Restaurant and had the Tasting Menu. This was the best meal I’ve had in Toronto. I was so full at the end!
Asian-style wild salmon ceviche:
Singapore style slaw
Field Tomato & beet salad: one of our dining companions raved on and on about this dish!
Chickpea sweet onion fritter: amazing!
Asparagus & green bean salad:
Caramelized black cod: perfection!
Slow braised beef: I don’t usually eat meat but thought this occasion called for making an exception. It was soooo tender
Szechuan spicy pork ribs: I don’t usually eat pork but thought this occasion called for making an exception. I was regretting this decision.
Chef Susur Lee came out to greet us during the meal!
I highly, highly recommend trying the Tasting Menu at Lee!
