My first time at Sassafraz, one of Mark McEwan’s restaurants. We went for lunch during Summerlicious.

Appetizer: spinach and roasted beets w/ parsnip chips and violet mustard maple vinaigrette
Appetizer: Vichyssoise w/ lobster and truffle essence
Entree: Grilled Atlantic salmon w/ lemon caper orzo, green beans, and blood orange emulsion
Entree: Pork tenderloin w/ roasted garlic sweet potato mash, asparagus, sweet apple cider glaze
Dessert: Chocolate brownie w/ brandied cherry, Chantilly creme, amaretto reduction
Dessert: Gotham City cheese w/ flatbread and assorted dried fruits
