Our first time at Garde Manger, the restaurant of Chef Chuck Hughes, from Food Network’s Chuck’s Day Off and the first Canadian chef to beat Bobby Flay in Iron Chef America (the secret ingredient was Canadian lobster!).

Skillet brownie w/ marshmallows on the inside and topped w/ ice cream melting on the brownie…mmmm
