Origin Liberty

My first time at Origin Liberty. I am a sucker for lobster, and after reading about the lobster club lunch special in Toronto Life, and then seeing a tweet that it was being offered today, I drove ~half an hour to Liberty Village to check it out.

When I got there around noon, the place was almost empty. Not a good sign.

So I got down to business and ordered the lobster club on a house made brioche roll, bacon on the side. The article said it was $9, but it was $10. It was a fairly small sandwich. Really not much lobster. It was in a mayo dressing like a lobster salad. Pretty disappointing and definitely not worth the long drive.  I’d rather pay a few more dollars for a bona fide lobster roll like at Buster’s Sea Cove.
