My first time at Earls on King Street. I have been to the one at Square One and have been wanting to go to the King St. location. It has been on my wishlist for a while. They claim to make everything from scratch.
The entrance even builds some suspense, and I hear they do get long lineups like a club.
They had a special spring menu:
I ordered the Lobster + Prawn Roll, which is the main reason why I went. Mmmmmm it did not disappoint!!!! The lobster and shrimp mixture was very generously piled on. I would rather have lobster only, but I did not mind the shrimp. Ahhh food dreams do come true! I would definitely go back to have this again.
Husband ordered a mushroom top sirloin
I had been dying to try the Chocolate Sticky Toffee Pudding. It was delicious, but more like a brownie cake than a true sticky toffee pudding w/ dates.
Husband ordered the Strawberry Rhubarb Crumble
This is going to be one of my favorite restaurants, I can tell. Our waitress was super nice too!
