Baton Rouge has a special lobster menu during the summer. Plus on Wednesdays, certain seafood dishes are on special. I would definitely like to work my way through the lobster menu!
Lobster Risotto — Lobster meat in a rich blend of arborio rice, bisque, sweet corn, (hold the green onions), aged Reggiano Parmesan and parsley. Regularly $25, on special for $23 on Wednesdays. This was so delicious. Like summer on a plate. Plenty of lobster, enough for every bite. Wonderful dish. Although not healthy to eat so much white rice 😦
